侯遗，字仲遗（《金陵诗徵》卷五。《至顺镇江志》卷一九作仲逸），句容（今属江苏）人。隐居茅山，创书院，教授生徒，积十馀年，自营粮食。仁宗天圣二年（一○二四），王随知江宁府，奏请于茅山斋粮所剩庄田内给三顷充书院赡用，从之。明弘治《句容县志》卷六有传。
