坠地为妇女，百般多苦辛。早知难白首，不如勿嫁人。
翻我嫁时箧，泪下沾衣巾。此行异归宁，何颜见双亲。
堂上有翁姑，平时尽孝养。焉知后来人，承欢如既往。
膝下有儿女，鞠育已渐长。焉知继母心，果能关痛痒。
墙茨不可扫，长舌易招尤。妾心每兢兢，幽贞妇职修。
缝纫敢离手，钗钿不插头。持家尚勤俭，内顾君无忧。
不种后园葵，不贪邻舍枣。望君折桂枝，神前默祈祷。
有时君出门，使妾心如捣。鲤信问平安，秋衣寄远道。
夫婿非伯鸾，贱妾非孟光。自谓永无违，恩爱当不妨。
古人亦有言，糟糠不下堂。以此良自恃，富贵岂相忘。
孰知共忧患，不可同安乐。人事月盈亏，世情花开落。
雨散并云飞，孤身何所托。海誓与山盟，即今等谐谑。
故人忍轻弃，只为恋新欢。拔此眼中钉，再种并头兰。

陈瑚（1613—1675）明末清初学者，与同里陆世仪、江士韶、盛敬齐名，被人合称为“太仓四先生”。字言夏，号确庵、无闷道人、七十二潭渔父，尝居江苏太仓小北门外。崇祯十六年（1643）举人。其父邃于经学，家教有法。陈瑚少时与陆世仪等交，论学相辩驳，贯通五经，务为实学。又善横槊、舞剑、弯弓、注矢，其击刺妙天下。清圣祖康熙十四年卒，年六十二岁。其墓葬在直塘镇北二十九都使字圩。卒后门人私谥其为“安道先生”。在光绪年间，邑人曾出资在太仓南门大街西首，建立四先生祠，春秋致祭，以示敬仰。《清史》有传。
