风吹古渡口，云满都梁山。执热厌偪仄，幽寻上孱颜。
清泉似石乳，滴沥岩窦间。乞此一瓢饮，为祛千载烦。
山灵知我意，殷然下层峦。散空作急雨，抉石出甘寒。
一酌荡齿颊，三咽萦肺肝。轻躯变滞骨，尘鞅思灵关。
来当踏云至，去当御风还。再拜谢神休，幸汝不我悭。

宋洪州南昌人，字玉父。洪刍弟。哲宗元祐间进士。为谷城令。复知颍州上谯县，有循政。累官著作郎、秘书少监。高宗初召为中书舍人。与兄洪朋、洪刍及弟洪羽俱有才名，号四洪。诗酷似黄庭坚。有《西渡集》。
