曾琦（1892—1951），字慕韩，四川隆昌人，中华民国时期著名政治家、中国青年党创始人。出生于四川省隆昌县，1908年考入桂林中学堂读书。1909年考入成都高等学堂分设中学。辛亥革命前后，曾琦曾经执笔于《商会公报》、《四川公报》，并在重庆创办《民国新报》、《群报》等。日本投降后，参加青年党十大，当选为主席，煽动蒋介石镇压共产党人。1946年任国民大会主席团主席，1947年4月被聘为总统府资政。1948年赴美国，是1948年新华社公布的43名战犯之一。1951年在美国华盛顿病逝。
