上滩如上天，下滩如入渊。逆流轑登阪，顺流箭脱弦。
船头俯啄骇，欲没却值槛。泉觱沸推船，直出群峰巅。
群峰两岸腾万马，骖騿左右相后先。不知轻舟随涡旋转不得住，翻疑袖有秦皇鞭。
回波乘间忽一驶，但觉众山倒走纷联翩。风帆篙橹弃不用，惟恃船头一人指总持挺名长年。
人生失足在快意，况乃四旁锐石相磨镌。垂堂之诫古所凛，宗壳豪语非万全。
螺女江头幸出险，喜见船人酌酒企脚皆高眠。

（1772—1832）江苏金匮人，字平叔，号莱甫。嘉庆十年进士。官至闽浙总督。曾解决彰化械斗事件，安定台湾民心。为官政从宽大，努力修举水利。卒谥文靖。有《泰云堂集》。
