斛岭寨，行云际，
下视长江入地底。汲江登岭行三里，
跻扳峻险为艰尔。将率居民几半千，
度岁终年苦无水。爰自庆历达元符，
循旧安常谁拟议。元符太守何公贤，
爱民虑事诚而至，以为山顶流泉鲜其事。
吾观古人行师动万亿，所至岂必皆平地。
军必有井井未达，将渴不敢闻众耳。
阴阳者流，以水照星。
星之所聚，泉所委行。
行浚凿三日，遇泉井成矣。
乃今三井如鼎趾，岂特当年负瓶操绠，
仆仆往还之人为慰喜。吾欲后之人，
知井所以起，敬守前功无委圯。
必使甃砌长如今日之清泚，万万斯年施保已，
故作此歌勒诸斛岭之市。

（1041—1119）福州福清人，字介夫，号大庆居士、一拂居士。英宗治平四年进士。调光州司法参军。秩满入京，对王安石言新法不便。久之，监安上门。神宗熙宁七年，久旱不雨，流民扶携塞道，绘流民图上之，奏请罢新法，次日，新法罢去者十有八事。吕惠卿执政，又上疏论之，谪汀州编管，徙英州。哲宗立，始得归。元符七年，再贬英州。徽宗立，赦还，复故官，旋又为蔡京所夺，遂不复出。有《西塘集》。
