陈克侯，字士鹄。顺德人。明世宗嘉清三十七年（一五五八）举人。落第后究心古学，尝与黎民表、欧大任等结诗文社。越十年，署闽县教谕，以师道自任。擢令永福，牧腾越。迁大理郡丞，仍管州事。所至著绩。著有《南墅集》。清罗学鹏《广东文献》四集卷一四、清道光《广东通志》卷二八一、清吴道镕《广东文徵作者考》卷四等有传。
