（1314—1369）开国时浙江龙泉人，字三益。王毅弟子。元末集乡兵保乡里，授浙东都元帅府佥事，辞不受，隐匡山。朱元璋克处州，聘之。元至正二十年，与刘基、宋濂、叶琛同至应天，为浙东按察司佥事。明洪武元年拜御史中丞。后丧母，以毁卒。
