（1533—1598）明河南新蔡人，字助甫，号周田。嘉靖三十二年进士。授黄梅知县，擢吏部验封主事。为湖广佥事时，景王赴封地，过岳阳。宦官向地方需索巨款，佯许之，约至蕲黄付款。夜使数百人举火大噪于河边。宦官大惧，解舟去。官至右佥都御史，巡抚宁夏。嘉靖中结诗社于京师，与余曰德、魏裳、汪道昆、张佳胤称后五子。有《绿波楼诗集》、《朔方奏议》。
