薛蕙（1489～1539年），明朝大臣。祖居亳州城内薛家巷。年十二能诗。举正德九年进士，授刑部主事。谏武宗南巡，受杖夺俸。旋引疾归。起故官，改吏部，历考功郎中。正德十五年（1520年）薛蕙再次被起用，任吏部考功司郎中。嘉靖二年（1523年），朝中发生“大礼”之争，薛蕙撰写《为人后解》《为人后辨》等万言书上奏，反对皇上以生父为皇考，招致皇帝大怒，被捕押于镇抚司后赦出。嘉靖十八年（1539年），薛蕙担任春坊司直兼翰林检讨司，不久病死家中，享年五十，被追封为太常少卿。
