钱谦贞，明末藏书家、刻书家。字履之，号耐翁。常熟（今属江苏）人。钱谦益从祖弟。早谢举子业，唯喜藏书，与冯舒等藏家多所酬唱并往借古籍。曾建“怀古堂”以奉养老母，作“竹深堂”、“未学庵”为藏书楼，校雠不断，书签横列。仿唐陆龟蒙，明窗棐几，丹黄点勘不辍；效宋赵明诚，金石翰墨，金石彝鼎环列。明亡入清后，以坎坷未得志而卒。抄本有李群玉《唐风集》、李益《李君虞诗集》、方干《元英集》等，所抄书格纸版心有“竹深堂”三字。藏书印有“钱履之读书记”、“竹深堂”等。子钱孙保，藏书亦富。著作有《未学庵诗稿》。
