叶子奇（约公元1327年—1390年前后在世），元末明初大学者。字世杰，一名琦，号静斋。浙江龙泉人，尝师王毅，明“理一分殊”之论旨，悟圣贤之学以静为主，故号“静斋”。自幼专业于学，凡天文、历 史、博物、哲学、医学、音律，无不涉猎，且多有造诣。其哲学观主张唯物，所著《草木子》有“北人不梦象，南人不梦驼”之说，阐明精神与物质的关系。
