冯延登（1175年—1233年），字子骏，号横溪翁，吉州（今山西吉县）人。金章宗承安二年（1197年）中进士。贞祐二年（1213年），担任河中府判官、兼任尚书省左右司员外郎。兴定五年（1221年），进入国史院担任编修官，任太常博士。元光二年（1223年），管理登闻鼓院，兼任翰林修撰。在正大八年（1232年），与元议和时被监押，天兴元年（1232年）被释放，任祭酒，后又任吏、礼二部侍郎。天兴二年（1233年），汴梁被元军围困，冯延登出逃时被元军抓获，投井自杀，卒年五十八岁。
