[约公元一一六九年前后在世]字约之，吴兴人，寓居溧阳。生卒年均不详，约宋孝宗乾道中前后在世。尝为芜湖令，知衡州，提举江东茶盐。淳熙间，（公元一一八二年前后）官至朝散大夫。著有《克斋集》，已佚。又有《克斋词》一卷。《全宋词》收录其词45首。《文献通考》吐属温雅，颇具风姿。《钦定四库全书总目》卷一百九十八《克斋词》提要云：“其吐属婉约，颇具风致，固不以《花庵》、《草堂》诸选不见录减价矣。”
