释祖钦（一二一六～一二八七），号雪岩，闽之漳州（今福建漳州）人。五岁出家，十六薙染，十八行脚。初参双林洎、妙峰善、石田薰诸老，无所发明。闻天目礼住净慈，怀香请益，亦无所入。遂上径山谒无准师范禅师，依师范最久。理宗宝祐元年（一二五三），初住潭州龙兴禅寺，后历住湘西道林禅寺、处州南明佛日禅寺、台州仙居护圣禅寺、湖州光孝禅寺。度宗咸淳五年（一二六九），住袁州仰山禅寺。元世祖至元二十四年卒，年七十二。有《雪岩祖钦禅师语录》四卷，收入《续藏经》。事见《语录》，《续灯存稿》卷四有传。
