傅伯成（1143—1226），字景初，其先济原（今属河南）人，迁居晋江（今属福建）。隆兴元年(1163年)，傅伯成登进士；淳熙五年(1178年)，出任福建路连江知县；庆元元年(1195年)，任将作监丞，同年被贬任漳州知州；开禧年间(1205～1207年)，调任湖广总领；之后被重新起用任提点两浙东路刑狱；入为工部侍郎，以沮开边出为湖广总领。嘉定元年（1208）拜左谏议大夫，以不附和史弥远出知建宁府，移知镇江府。八年致仕。宝庆二年卒，年八十四。
