（?—1051）眉州眉山人，字则善。少以诗赋名。真宗咸平三年进士。景德三年，以广德军判官试贤良方正直言极谏入第四等，授殿中丞。大中祥符三年，以太常博士上时务策，得罪责授滁州团练副使。仁宗即位，累官通判太平州，遂居其地。官终太常寺丞知阶州。时丁谓畏其直，钱易奇其文，杨亿、李谔服其议论。有《谏史》百卷。
