皇甫泌，仁宗天圣十年（一○三二）以屯田员外郎知婺州（明万历《金华府志》卷一一）。庆历间为河北转运使，知泽州（《续资治通鉴长编》卷一六二、一六三）。皇祐三年（一○五一），知江宁府（《景定建康志》卷一三）。英宗治平三年（一○六六），以工部侍郎致仕（《续资治通鉴长编》卷二○八）。今录诗二首。
