林放（一○五五～一一○九），字达本，仙居（今属浙江）人。哲宗元祐中将赴试礼部，以亲死不果，隐居东山。徽宗大观三年卒，年五十五。著有诗千首，文集二十卷，已佚。事见清光绪《台州府志》卷一二一，《嘉定赤城志》卷三四有传。今录诗二首。
