（947—1012）建昌军南丰人，字正臣。太宗太平兴国八年进士。累除秘书丞，出为两浙转运使。魏庠知苏州，恃恩不法，为致尧劾罢。徙知寿州，转太常博士。性刚率，好言事，前后屡上章奏，辞多激讦。真宗时，历知泰、泉、苏、扬、鄂五州，官终户部郎中。有《仙凫羽翼》、《广中台志》、《清边前要》、《西陲要纪》、《直言集》等。
