（?—1226）嘉兴华亭人，徙居平江昆山，字清叔，号后乐居士、西园居士。卫季敏子。孝宗淳熙十一年进士第一。与朱熹友善。宁宗开禧初，累迁御史中丞。三年，参与谋诛韩侂胄，除签书枢密院事兼参知政事。后为丞相史弥远所忌，罢知潭州。卒谥文穆，改谥文节。有《后乐集》。
