沈绅，字公仪，会稽（今浙江绍兴）人。仁宗景祐五年（一○三八）进士（《会稽续志》卷六）。英宗治平四年（一○六七），以尚书屯田员外郎为荆湖南路转运判官（清嘉庆《湖南通志》卷二○九）。神宗元丰中，知庐州（《续会稽掇英集》卷三）。今录诗四首。
