邵伯温（一○五七～一一三四），字子文，洛阳（今属河南）人。雍子。哲宗元祐中以荐授大名府助教，调潞州长子县尉。绍圣初，章惇为相，欲用之，避不就，监永兴军铸钱监。徽宗时，知陕州灵宝县，政和间徙芮城县（民国《芮城县志》卷八）。丁母忧，服除，主管永兴军耀州三白渠公事。除知果州，擢提点成都路刑狱，利州路转运副使。晚年提举太平观。高宗绍兴四年卒，年七十八。著有《邵氏闻见录》、《辨诬》等。《宋史》卷四三三有传。今录诗八首。
