黄载，字伯厚，号玉泉，南丰（今属江西）人。大受子。理宗绍定中以平闽乱功授武阶。嘉熙中（《安晚堂诗集》卷一○）由浙西兵马都监累迁广东兵马钤辖，权知封州。有《蜡社歌馀》，已佚。事见《隐居通议》卷九，清康熙《南丰县志》卷七有传。今录诗十二首。
