（1131—1205）建宁建安人，字机仲。孝宗隆兴元年，试礼部词赋第一，授温州判官，兴化军教授。乾道七年，除太学录，外补严州教授。喜诵《资治通鉴》，遂区别事目，分类编纂，辑成《通鉴纪事本末》。迁太府丞，兼国史院编修官。修国史谓“不可负天下后世公议”。累迁权工部侍郎、兼国子祭酒。宁宗立，知江陵府，寻为台臣劾罢，奉祠家居。另撰有《易传解义》、《辨异》、《童子问》等。
