（1238—1279）楚州盐城人，字君实。理宗宝祐四年进士。李庭芝镇淮南，辟置幕中。元兵东下，扬州臣僚大多逃散，被调临安，任礼部侍郎。从益王赵是、广王赵炳走温州，与陈宜中、张世杰在福州立是为帝(端宗)，任端明殿学士、签书枢密院事。端宗死，复与世杰等立炳为帝，徙驻厓山，为左丞相，与世杰共秉政，抵抗元兵。元世祖至元十六年，厓山破，负帝跳海而死。有《陆忠烈集》。
