范百禄（1029－1094）字子功，范镇兄锴之子也，成都华阳人。第进士，又举才识兼茂科。时治平水灾，大臣方议濮礼，百禄对策曰：“简宗庙、废祭祀，则水不润下。昔汉哀尊共皇，河南、颍川大水；孝安尊德皇，京师、郡国二十九大水。盖大宗隆，小宗杀；宗庙重，私祀轻。今宜杀而隆，宜轻而重，是悖先王之礼。礼一悖，则人心失而天意睽，变异所由起也。”对入三等。
