去年圩破官不救，阙食逋亡十八九。今年大水如去年，民困适遭何令贤。
贤哉何令能治水，枪木编芦多准拟。赏罚公平贫富均，赤脚亲临食亡匕。
每趋危垫必身先，往复连宵几百里。浪头作恶工莫施，一拜能令二龙起。
白龙先去黑龙随，鳞鬣分明皆见之。须臾浪定埂可禦，父老惊嗟咸涕洟。
西门投巫安足比，亦胜乘舆济溱洧。活我生灵十万家，惠泽阴功浃神理。
天子临轩方用才，时时有诏搜草莱。请歌何令能治水，愿采斯言献天子。

郭祥正（1035～1113）北宋诗人。字功父，一作功甫，自号谢公山人、醉引居士、净空居士、漳南浪士等。当涂（今属安徽）人。皇祐五年进士，历官秘书阁校理、太子中舍、汀州通判、朝请大夫等，虽仕于朝，不营一金，所到之处，多有政声。一生写诗1400余首，著有《青山集》30卷。他的诗风纵横奔放，酷似李白。
