（1009—1086）宋苏州人，字公辟。仁宗景祐元年进士。历知南康军、楚州，提点夔州路刑狱，徙河东路。晋地山谷春夏多水，师孟出钱开渠筑堰，淤良田万八千顷。自江西转运使改知福州，治行为东南之最。累知广州、越州、青州，为政简严，痛惩豪恶，民为立生祠。
