赵若槸，字自木，号霁山，崇安（今福建武夷山市）人。必涟弟。度宗咸淳十年（一二七四）进士。入元不仕。有《涧边集》，已佚。事见明嘉靖《建宁府志》卷一八《赵必涟传》，《宋季忠义录》卷一五有传。今录诗七首。
