（1090—1147）南剑州沙县人，字子猷。徽宗宣和三年进士。历两浙、广东转运判官。高宗绍兴四年，除殿中侍御史，迁侍御史。五年，除户部侍郎，累建言宽民力。除给事。出知福州、广州。以显谟阁待制致仕。鲠亮有学识，历台省、侍从，言论风旨皆卓然可观。
