释了惠（一一九八～一二六二），蓬州蓬池（今四川仪陇南）人。年十九出家受具，初谒坏庵照于昭觉，后出三峡，由湖湘至江浙，谒浙翁琰、高原泉、无准范、石田董、妙峰善诸禅师。历住平江府定慧、温州雁山能仁、江州东林、庆元府天童景德、瑞岩山开善诸禅寺。理宗景定三年卒，年六十五。有《西岩了惠禅师语录》一卷，收入《续藏经》。事见《语录》及所附大观撰《行状》。
