译文
青云富贵儿，挟金弹射猎在章台下。鞍马四蹄奔腾，宛如流星掠过。
白天用金丸射落飞鸟，夜晚入琼楼醉卧。伯夷、叔齐是谁？何必独守首阳山，挨饿受冻。
注释
少年子：乐府杂曲歌辞名。南朝齐王融、梁吴均皆有此作。
“青云”句：即纨绔子弟。青云，喻官高爵显。少年子，古称青年人。
“挟弹”句：言纨绔子弟带着弹弓在大街上游玩。章台，汉长安街名。
“鞍马”句：谓“青云少年”仆从之众。
琼楼：华丽精美的住所。
“夷齐”二句：伯夷、叔齐，商代孤竹君的两个儿子。其父遗命立叔齐为嗣，叔齐让伯夷，伯夷以父命不受，两人共逃至周。武王伐纣，伯夷叔齐叩马而谏。武王灭纣后，二人耻食周粟，逃至首阳山，采薇而食，饿死在首阳山。后成为贤人的典型，常与盗跖相对。
少年子创作背景
盛唐时期，李白旅游京都，针对当时京城子弟骄纵侈肆、放荡不羁的生活的现象，于是写下了这首《少年子》。
少年子鉴赏
前两句描写富贵子弟骄纵放荡，不守德行。他们的仆从也跟着他们不收道德，享尽荣华。从根本上写出了上层社会的糜烂与繁华。
第三句描写纨绔子弟早上打猎骑射，晚上可以睡在奢华的床上，享受人家富贵。和最后一句形成鲜明的对比，意味十足。
最后一句描写伯夷、叔齐二人的悲苦生活。两者之间形成强烈的对比，更能体现诗人对纨绔子弟的蔑视以及对伯夷二人的钦佩。“独守”二字写出了伯夷、叔齐二人和纨绔子弟的差距，也写出了诗人对当时京城子弟豪奢现象的不屑以及对纨绔子弟的讽刺。从二者之间的对比，可以看出诗人对伯夷二人的钦佩。
此诗以古贤伯夷、叔齐作对比，讽刺纨绔子弟，不守德行，以浮浪游冶为事，享尽荣华。盖有“鸾凤伏窜，鸱鸮翱翔”的感慨。诗中描写贵公子骄纵侈肆、放荡不羁的生活。生动地描摹少年公子的言行举止，未直接褒贬，故后人见仁见智，看法不一。
总体描写了诗人对两种不同生活下的现象的看法，从诗里可以看出诗人对当时上层生活的讽刺以及对伯夷的钦佩，形象生动地表达出诗人的想法，言简意赅。

李白（701年－762年），字太白，号青莲居士，唐朝浪漫主义诗人，被后人誉为“诗仙”。祖籍陇西成纪(待考)，出生于西域碎叶城，4岁再随父迁至剑南道绵州。李白存世诗文千余篇，有《李太白集》传世。762年病逝，享年61岁。其墓在今安徽当涂，四川江油、湖北安陆有纪念馆。
