译文
流水无情送客，潮水拍打着空城，人因离愁而头发变白。听到离别之歌，我不禁抱怨夕阳无情，催人离别，顿生断肠之痛。
东风吹动，柳枝在雕花的宫墙上漂浮。离宫别院里，群花因伤感时节而落泪。双燕声声，好像诉说历代兴亡之事。

空城：石头城，建康的旧称

雕墙：雕花的宫墙。
酒泉子·无题创作背景
这首词作于南宋孝宗淳熙元年至淳熙二年（1174-1175）春，是辛弃疾送别友人时所作的词。

酒泉子·无题鉴赏
词的上片借助景色描写离愁。“流水无情，潮到空城头尽白”，送行的场景是在长江边上，本来没有感情的江水此时扮演了一个无情的角色，因为友人就要离别，就像滔滔的江水不可逆流一样，让人产生无限的伤感，简直就要把人的头发都急白了。“离歌一曲怨残阳，断人肠”，离别的歌曲惹人伤感偏偏夕阳也像是催促友人上路一样越来越向西斜。“残阳”点明了送别的时间，词人送别友人，肯定不会在傍晚才送，这里用“斜阳”是为了说明作者与友人依依难舍，从上午到下午都舍不得分离，一直拖延到了天色将暮，可是词人依然抱怨夕阳为什么不能多停留一会，可见其离愁之深。
下片由离别之伤感生发而去，写到古今兴亡之事。一般送别作品只是单纯的就事论事，抒发离别愁绪。作者却一反常理，将建康这样一个六朝古都所具有的沧桑的历史兴亡之感用沉痛的语言表达了出来。建康也曾是魏晋六朝时极其繁华的城市，现在却是残柳摇曳，百花落泪，飞燕来去，似乎在诉说那朝代更迭的旧事。
这首词突破了一般送别词单为离愁而作的窠臼，不仅抒发了深深的离愁，而且还怀古伤今，抒发了沉重的兴亡之感，体现了稼轩沉郁雄浑的词风。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
