译文
花是无知的，月是无聊的，酒也是无法消愁解恨的。把茂盛的桃树砍断，减损他的风景，把吟风咏月诗人讴歌的鹦哥煮熟，做下酒菜。焚烧砚台书籍，捶坏琴撕毁画，销毁所有的文章抹去所有的功名。我荥阳郑家原本就有慕歌家世，乞食风情，只靠教歌度曲，乞食与人，也能自自在在地活下来。
自己天生的单寒骨相没法改变，头戴席帽身着青衫的瘦弱寒酸相为人所笑。长期居住于破巷之中，住处蓬门秋草，窗户不严挡不住风雨，夜夜伴随孤灯度过。难道老天爷还要封住词人之口，连叹气都不允许吗？疯狂至极，于是取出乌丝栏百幅，细细写出心中凄清之恨。

沁（qìn）园春：词牌名，又名“寿星明”“洞庭春色”等。双调一百一十四字，平韵。
夭桃：茂盛的桃树。
斫（zhuó）：砍。
煞（shā）：同“杀”，减损。
佐（zuǒ）：辅助。
椎（chuí）：捶。
荥（xing）阳郑：郑板桥的自称，以表对封建礼法的蔑视。“荥阳郑”指郑元和的故事。荥阳郑生本宦家之子，与妓女李娃恋爱，金钱被老鸨设计掏空，靠帮人唱丧歌糊口。后来又沦为乞丐。李娃于心不忍，不忘旧情，予以搭救，帮助他考上功名。唐白行简《李娃传》即叙其事。郑板桥对这个风流韵事，然而近于子虚乌有的元祖十分敬佩，在作品中曾三次提到他。
风情：旧指男女相爱的情怀。
骨相：指人的骨骼相貌，旧谓骨相好坏，注定人一生的命运。
席帽青衫：明清科举时儒生或秀才的服装。
太瘦生：即太瘦。生，语助词。
蓬门、破巷：贫者所居。
箝（qián）：通“钳”，钳制。
乌丝：全称乌丝栏，一种专供书写用，带黑格的绢素或纸张。

沁园春·恨创作背景
这首词是作者出仕前，中年落拓扬州时所作，时间大约是雍正七年（1730年）。这首词是为表达愤世妒俗之情而作。

沁园春·恨鉴赏
一开头，作者就对“花”“月”“酒”这些为一般诗人所沉湎而讴歌的事物加以否定，表明自己并非“风月派”。说花是无知的，不必为花伤情，月是无聊的，不必为之徘徊流连，酒也是无法消愁解恨的，更不必沉湎，不必讴歌。下面“把天”四句，进一步以丰富的想象表明自己并非抒写闲愁的“风月”词人。词中说，要把“风月派”赞美的艳丽茂盛的桃树砍断，杀他风景要把吟风咏月诗人讴歌的鹦哥煮熟，做下酒菜。作者为什么对“风月派”诗人讴歌的事物如此忌恨如仇。他曾在《词钞自序》中说：“少年游冶学秦柳，中年感慨学辛苏。”此篇是中年之作，正是写苏辛慷慨之词的时候。另外他在《潍县署中与舍弟第五书》中谈到：“文章以沉着痛快为最”，应该“敷陈帝王之事业，歌咏百姓之勤苦”，而那些“逐光景，慕颜色”的“风月花酒”之作，“虽刳形去皮，搜精抉髓，不过一骚坛词客尔，何与于社稷生民之计，《三百篇》之旨哉”由此可见，他对诗词“只吟风月”是否定的，这里表现了他以诗词用世的积极态度。“焚砚”三句，是世事不容，“老不得志”而发出的激愤之词。作者年幼读书，“自竖立，不苟同俗”，虽有出众才华，结果过了“而立之年，仍无“而立”之举，只不过是一个小小的秀才而已。这怎不使作者愤愤不平。“焚砚”三句，写决心要一反常规，不再读书、写字、弹琴、作画、写文章。“焚”“烧”“椎”“裂”“毁”“抹”等几个动词，既生动又形象地勾出作者激愤决绝的神态。“荥阳”三句，是引《李娃传》中的常蝇刺史之子郑生奉父命赴长安应试，爱上妓女李娃，弃试，流连花巷，钱尽被逐街头行乞的故事，借以自喻，表示对封建礼法的蔑视。
下片继续写自己贫困潦倒，抒发对黑暗社会的愤懑之情。开头两旬写自已从来就是穷命相，这是难以更改的，任人笑他头戴教席帽，身穿秀才衣的瘦骨伶仃模样。“看蓬门秋草”的“看”提领以下四句，写家门贫困，冷落孤单。“蓬门”指家门贫寒，“秋草”写门前冷落。作者曾有诗写道：“座有清风，门无车马。”在《七歌》一诗中写此时生活是“爨下荒凉告绝薪，门前剥啄来催债”，是“几年落拓向江海，谋事十事九事殆”，是“寒无絮络饥无糜”，“空床破帐寒秋水”，其贫困之状可见。词中的“疏窗细雨，夜夜孤灯”，进一步描写自己的冷落孤寂——细雨敲打着稀疏的窗棂，夜夜是孤灯伴着自己，“自刻苦，自激愤”地读书。作者曾在《自叙》中说：“板桥最穷最苦，貌又寝陋，故长不合于时，不见重于时，又为忌者所阻，不得入试。”这就是他入仕之前的生活。他说自己的性格“放荡不羁，漫骂无择”，经常“敖言高谈，臧否人物”，如此更被世人视为“狂”、“怪”。更重要的，板桥是生活在清朝前期的汉族文人，其时国内民族矛盾仍很尖锐，文字狱屡见不鲜，他目睹者竟达十二次之多。板桥好友杭世骏就是因条陈“泯满汉之见”，而被罢官，板桥的同窗陆骖因文字狱而被戮尸；板桥自己也被迫将已刻好的诗钞址十儿首明显地流露反满情绪的诗从板子上铲去。这炎凉的世情，这深重的压迫，使他情不自禁地呼出：“难道天公，还箝恨风不许长吁一两声？’’这是以反诘句式将郁结在心中的不平投向那不平的社会。此是全词的点题之笔。表面上是质问天帝，实则指责人间，抨击清统治者，“恨”字极写对黑暗社会的愤怒之情。这不仅是板桥个人的恨，同时也表达了当时有正义感的人的心声。
“颠狂甚”是借用世人语。因作者不肯从俗，因而常遭白镢，并斥为“狂”、“怪”。这里借而用之，表示自己决不妥协的精神。结句说：我要取百幅乌丝格纸来细写自己凄清情怀。“凄清”一词，表明自己写的绝非“风月”之作，而是抨击社会，抒写个人怀抱的词章。
这首词表现了对黑暗社会的不满与反抗。想象奇特，富有浪漫主义精神，运用反语激词来抒写自己情感，更加强烈、感人，通过具体的富有特征的景物来渲染清苦的生活，生动形象，词语通俗，用典活脱。这首词当时即已为人传诵，板桥在《刘柳鄙册子》中说：“南通州李瞻云，曾于成都摩诃池上听人诵予《恨》字词，至‘蓬门秋草，年年破巷，疏窗细雨，夜夜孤灯’皆有赍咨涕演之意。后询其人，盖已家弦户诵有年。”

郑板桥（1693—1765）清代官吏、书画家、文学家。名燮，字克柔，汉族，江苏兴化人。一生主要客居扬州，以卖画为生。“扬州八怪”之一。其诗、书、画均旷世独立，，世称“三绝”，擅画兰、竹、石、松、菊等植物，其中画竹已五十余年，成就最为突出。著有《板桥全集》。康熙秀才、雍正举人、乾隆元年进士。中进士后曾历官河南范县、山东潍县知县，有惠政。以请臻饥民忤大吏，乞疾归。
