曲尘犹沁伤心水，歌蝉暗惊春换。露藻清啼，烟梦淡碧，先结湖山秋怨。波帘翠卷。叹霞薄轻绡，汜人重见。傍柳追凉，暂疏怀袖负纨扇。

译文
包着酒曲的纱布中不断沁出漉酒，岸边树上的蝉鸣声，暗示着春天已不知不觉中过去了。在大自然的湖光水色之中，远山树林似烟似梦，近处岸边草色淡碧。湖面平静如帘，天上的彩霞薄似轻绡，天涯之人重见此美景。天气渐热，在湖上泛舟多时，荡舟至岸边柳荫下遮阳，朋友相聚敞怀宽袖，反执团扇去热。
同舟都是朋友，所谈风花雪月，船上就不再备诗词文集。竹杯中满溢着芳香的醇酒，诗兴大发，弃舟登岸即兴在破败的断壁上面题诗，是一次“江湖诗派”的隆重聚会。如今草木葱茏一派春末夏初的繁茂风光，只怕西风骤起，一夜之间红叶就会飘满湖面。夕阳西下，渔家女儿随船渐行渐远，滋生出一股无名的愁思。

江湖：指“江湖诗派”。
曲尘：《古今词统》卷十四：“曲尘”，指酵母菌。
伤心水：湖水。
歌蝉：鸣蝉。
露藻：洒满露珠的萍藻。
汜（sì）人：鲛宫神女。
负纨（wán）扇：天气渐凉。
南花：茉莉，一说指岭南梅花。
靥(yè)：脸面上的酒窝。
芳筩（tǒng）：酒杯。
湘鸿江燕：江湖诸友。
平芜：杂草丛生的平原旷野。
镜心：湖心。
极：一本作“眼”。
菱唱：即菱歌。采菱时所唱歌曲。

齐天乐·会江湖诸友泛湖创作背景
吴文英在临安（今浙江杭州）的一个夏天，与江湖诗派的友人泛舟西湖，饮酒赋诗同时表达聚游不易之愁情，具体写于何时，还尚待考证。

在词的上片，“曲尘”两句言词人与诸友泛舟西湖，饮酒作乐，包着酒曲的纱布中不断“沁”出漉酒来，岸边树上的蝉鸣声，暗示着春天已在不知不觉中过去了。“露藻”三句中，此言词人沐浴在大自然的湖光水色之中，远山树林似烟似梦，近处岸边草色淡碧，酒中无乐即以清唱助兴。然而眼中山水虽美，天时循环，总会到秋尽冬至的萧瑟季节，故眼前美景亦转为秋怨，词人不可能无残老之悲。“波帘”三句，“汜人”，指浪迹天涯之人，词人自称也。此言湖面平静如帘，山色倒映其中像被湖水摄进去的绿色画卷，天上的彩霞薄似轻绡，词人感叹：这种美景终于又被我见到了。“傍柳”两句，言时近夏日，天气渐热，他们在湖上泛舟多时，这时就荡舟至岸边柳荫下遮阳。朋友相聚毫无顾忌，所以都敞怀宽袖，反执团扇去热。
下片，“南花”三句，言同舟都是诗文朋友，所谈无非风花雪月，船上就不再备诗词文集了。“泛酒”三句，言竹杯中满溢着芳香的醇酒（即漉酒），大家喝得酒酣耳热，遂诗兴大发，弃舟登岸即兴在破败的断壁上面题诗。这真又是一次“江湖诗派”的隆重聚会啊。“平芜”三句，言如今一眼望去草木葱茏一派春末夏初的繁茂风光，但只怕西风骤起，一夜之间红叶就会飘满湖面。这三句与上片“暗惊春换”等句相呼应，但尚在春末却愁起秋风箫瑟之时，词人忧郁凄苦之心于此可见。“望极”两句，复归眼前景作结。言己极目远眺湖面景色尽收眼底。夕阳西下，渔家女儿唱着《采菱曲》等民歌随船渐行渐远，而词人的心中随着歌声的渐消，又滋生出一股无名的愁思。

吴文英（约1200～1260），字君特，号梦窗，晚年又号觉翁，四明（今浙江宁波）人。原出翁姓，后出嗣吴氏。与贾似道友善。有《梦窗词集》一部，存词三百四十余首，分四卷本与一卷本。其词作数量丰沃，风格雅致，多酬答、伤时与忆悼之作，号“词中李商隐”。而后世品评却甚有争论。
