减字木兰花·冬至译文及注释
译文
早晨云雾散去，在寒冷的阳光照耀下，周围事物长长的影子又映照在地上，从此以后，白天渐长。也望这日给长辈“拜冬”，进献履袜的习俗代代相传。
冬至以后，天气转暖，寒意少。影长渐短，量日影的红线也慢慢变短。从今天开始，夜间秉烛赏游时所携带的记时铜漏壶也将减少筹码。
注释
寒影初回：从冬至日起，太阳从南回归线北移，日影渐短，故称“初回”。
长日至：指白天开始渐长。
罗袜新成：冬至日晚辈要给长辈“拜冬”，进献履袜。称“履长之贺”。
添一线：添加量日影的线长。
秉烛：拿着点着的蜡烛（用来照明）。

阮阅（约公元1126年前后在世）字闳休，自号散翁亦称松菊道人，舒城（今属安徽）人。生卒年均不详，约北宋末前后在世。宋神宗元丰八年（1085）进士（榜名美成），做过钱塘幕官，自户部郎官责知巢县，宋徽宗宣和中任郴州知州。南宋建炎初，（公元1127年）以中奉大夫知袁州。致仕后定居宜春。初至，讼牒颇繁，乃大书“依本分”三字，印榜四城墙壁。郡民化之，谤四厅为无讼堂 。
