暖暖的雨，暖暖的风，送走了些许冬天的寒意。柳叶长出了，梅花怒放了，春天已经来了。端庄的少妇，也被这春意撩拨起了愁怀。爱侣不在身边，又能和谁把酒论诗呢？少妇的泪水流下脸颊，弄残了搽在她脸上的香粉。
少妇试穿金丝缝成的夹衫，但心思全不在衣服上面。她无情无绪的斜靠在枕头上，把她头上的钗儿压坏了，她也茫然不顾。她孤单的愁思太浓，又怎能做得好梦？惟有在深夜里呵，手弄着灯花，心里想着爱侣。
注释
蝶恋花：词牌名。又名“凤栖梧”“鹊踏枝”等。双调，六十字，上下片各四仄韵。
雨：四部丛刊本《乐府雅词》作“日”，旁注“雨”。晴：四部丛刊本《乐府雅词》旁注“和”；《唐宋诸贤绝妙词选》《草堂诗余别集》《古今词统》《古今诗余醉》《林下词选》《历代诗余》《漱玉词》（诗词杂俎本）作“和”；《花草粹编》、文津阁四库全书本《乐府雅词》作“清”； 《草堂诗余别集》注“一作清，误”。初破冻：刚刚解冻。
柳眼：初生柳叶，细长如眼，故谓“柳眼”。眼：《草堂诗余别集》注“一作润”；《唐宋诸贤绝妙词选》、《林下词选》、诗词杂俎本《漱玉词》作“润”。梅腮：梅花瓣儿，似美女香腮，故称“梅腮”。腮：《唐宋诸贤绝妙词选》、《林下词选》、诗词杂俎本《漱玉词》作“轻”。
花钿（diàn）：用金翠珠宝等制成花朵的首饰。
乍：起初，刚刚开始。衫：《唐宋诸贤绝妙词选》《草堂诗余别集》《古今词统》《古今诗余醉》《历代诗余》《林下词选》《漱玉词》（诗词杂俎本）作“衣”。金缕缝：用金钱缝成的农服。
山枕：即檀枕。因其形如“凹”，故称“山枕”。山，《草堂诗余别集》注“一作鸳”。斜欹：《历代诗余》、文津阁四库全书本《乐府雅词》作“欹斜”。欹（qī）：靠着。
钗头凤：即头钗，古代妇女的首饰。因其形如凤，故名。
夜阑：夜深。灯花：灯蕊燃烧耐结成的花形。

蝶恋花·暖日晴风初破冻创作背景
此词很难确切系年，应该是李清照前期的作品。在有的版本中，题作”离情“或”春怀“。当作于赵明诚闲居故里十年后重新出仕、李清照仍独自留居青州时。赵明诚担任地方官的时候，二人曾有过短暂的离别。

此词《唐宋诸贤绝妙词选》、《草堂诗余别集》、《古今词综》等都题作“离情”，而《草堂诗余别集》还注云：“一作春怀”。由此看来，这些恐均非原题，是后人据词作内容添加的；此外，“春怀”与“离情”确也概括了词作的主要内容。
闺情、伤别，在中国古代诗词创作中，大约也算是永恒的主题之一了。但是，在李清照之前，真正出自少女作家之手，而又能以纯情的笔致、高雅的格调来曲写闺事的作品，并不多见，更不要说能透过闺情这一侧面，反映出一个人心灵的历史，折射出某时代的治乱沧桑了。
李清照的这首《蝶恋花》写闺中离情，在她的同类题材的作品中，既不像早年之作《一剪梅·红藕香残玉簟秋》，写出了青年夫妻间特有的别离相思之苦；也不似她晚年的《孤雁儿·藤床纸帐朝眠起》，借咏梅来抒发备尝战乱流离、伉俪生死睽隔的凄楚情怀。这首词中，抒情主人公，生活依然安定，情感亦较深沉，整篇以高雅的精神生活为基点，写她同丈夫赵明诚暂别后的孤寂落寞。
上片前三句，既以明丽的色彩描绘早春持有的风物，也表现出对生活的信心、期望和热爱。她不写料峭春寒，而选择了“暖雨晴风”；“柳眼梅腮”，更以拟人之笔，细腻地描摹出她对万物复苏的审美情感。“柳眼”，是说杨柳初生的嫩叶象人刚刚张开的睡眼；“梅腮”则创造性地刻画出早梅花发时的生动意象。梅在落叶果树中是花发最早的一种，它的：花先叶开放，又往往两朵齐出，或呈淡红，或呈粉白，用少女的双腮比拟它，可谓一字传神。“已觉春心动”，既象是说大自然透出了春的信息。又似景物触动了缕缕春愁。“酒意诗情谁与共？”这近乎内心独白的一句，便把别后相思与失落之感直接道破了。但这句貌似直露，实则含蓄，其中高度凝炼地概括了赵李二人夫妻生活所独具的丰富内容；李清照和赵明诚都是诗人和学者。论创作天才，赵不及李；讲学者气质李逊于赵。李清照天才秀出，其作品“俯视巾帼”、“压倒须眉”；赵明诚治学精慎，每能“援碑刻以正史传”；夫妻各有所长，巧妙互补，达到了“意会心谋，目往神授”的入化境界。李清照在赵明诚死后，为他的学术著作《金石录》所写的《后序》中，就曾深情地追怀他们共同创造的、交织着文艺、学术、爱情的美好经历。结婚之初，赵明诚还在“太学”作学生，“每朔望谒先出”，就往往“质衣取半千钱，步火相国寺，市碑文、果实归，相对展玩咀嚼”；后来赵明诚出为郡守，更是“竭其俸入”，以贿金石、图籍，就连李清照也为之“食去重肉，衣去重采”，而以摩蕊彝鼎，校勘史传，指摘疵病，其析疑义为最大的乐趣。所以“酒意诗情谁与共冬决不是寻常士大夫的花前月下，浅醉低吟，而是指更深刻、更丰富、更高雅，甚至更崇高的精神生活。这种生活的暂时中断，怎能不令人感到难以忍受的精神失落？所以难怪独坐相思，泪融残粉，就连头上所戴的些许首饰，也觉得无比沉重而不胜负荷了。
下片选取了闺中生活的三个典型细节，分层次、多侧面地刻画了李清照的孤寂情怀。乍试夹衫，山枕独倚，夜弄灯花，把“酒意诗情谁与共”的内心独自；化成了生动的视觉形象。特别是最后两句，借用古人灯花报喜之说，其深夜剪弄，就不只为了消解浓愁，而更透出了对丈夫早归的热切期待。

李清照（1084年3月13日～1155年5月12日）号易安居士，汉族，山东省济南章丘人。宋代（南北宋之交）女词人，婉约词派代表，有“千古第一才女”之称。所作词，前期多写其悠闲生活，后期多悲叹身世，情调感伤。形式上善用白描手法，自辟途径，语言清丽。论词强调协律，崇尚典雅，提出词“别是一家”之说，反对以作诗文之法作词。能诗，留存不多，部分篇章感时咏史，情辞慷慨，与其词风不同。有《易安居士文集》《易安词》，已散佚。后人有《漱玉词》辑本。今有《李清照集校注》。
