译文
今日同朋友一起来到北潭游耍，水波荡漾着小船。波光潋滟，柳条轻柔。就这般，就这样春来了又去了，人也白了两鬓发。
朋友啊，看看那漂亮的歌妓听听她们美妙的歌喉，大家一起拿起酒杯吧，今天不醉不休。劝这位友人斟满那一杯酒，即使在花间我们饮多了酒，但那是别样的风流。
注释
北池：或称北潭、潭园。
潋滟：水波荡漾的样子。
金瓯：金属酒器。
病酒：沉醉，饮酒过量。
浪淘沙创作背景
庆历五年（1045）三月，新政主将范仲淹和韩琦解职，庆历新政失败。词人于当年正月权知河北真定府，后又因为范、韩辩护于八月再贬滁州。此首乃春日游宴遣怀之作。当作于河北真定府任上。

浪淘沙鉴赏
词上片前三句写春日北池的美好春光。荡舟北池，小舟划过，水波荡漾，波光潋滟，微风吹过，柔柳摇曳多姿。如此美好春光反令主人公伤春伤怀。“如此”二句，感叹春来春去，美好年华逝去，白了人头。在这年华之叹中，蕴含着词人的理想落空之悲。政治上的失意让词人即便是面对大好春光也难以释怀。
下片写宴饮，劝友人一醉方休。既然畅游不能够让心情好起来，那就痛饮吧，一沉醉换悲凉。所以在下片中，词人劝友人面对美丽的歌女，听着美妙的歌声，且斟满酒杯，举杯畅饮，一醉方休。如此即便流连花间，因病成酒，也自是一种风流。此时的词人空有满腔热情理想，一心为国却受压抑排挤，因此，这看似豪迈放逸之词中，实饱含着无数心酸和苦涩，读起来沉重伤感。

欧阳修（1007－1072），字永叔，号醉翁，晚号“六一居士”。汉族，吉州永丰（今江西省永丰县）人，因吉州原属庐陵郡，以“庐陵欧阳修”自居。谥号文忠，世称欧阳文忠公。北宋政治家、文学家、史学家，与韩愈、柳宗元、王安石、苏洵、苏轼、苏辙、曾巩合称“唐宋八大家”。后人又将其与韩愈、柳宗元和苏轼合称“千古文章四大家”。
