译文
独自在浙江楼远眺，满耳传来的都是哀怨的胡笳和笛子声。好像宫廷的乐工.还在演奏，幼帝此时却已经被俘虏到遥远的北方。
高贵而柔弱的海棠被人侵者如狂风暴雨般摧残，还怎能经得住风雨。回首望向临安，已经是获叶瑟瑟，烟雾缥缈，一派荒凉了。
注释
好事近：词牌名。又名钓船笛、倚秋千、秦刷子、翠圆枝等。双调四十五字，前后段各四句、两仄韵。
梨园：指宫廷乐工。
那人：指南宋的幼帝。
天北：遥远的北方，指大都（今北京）。
海棠：一种较名贵的花木，我国古代词人常用它来比喻高贵而又不幸的人。在本词中，作者用它比喻南宋君臣，也包括作者自己。
华清池：今陕西西安临潼，这里借指南宋统治者灭亡前在临安的游乐之地。

好事近·浙江楼闻笛创作背景
宋恭帝德祐二年（1276年）三月，蒙古大军进入南宋都城临安，南宋灭亡，宋恭帝赵㬎和其母都被遣送到大都，太皇太后谢道清因病特允暂留，作者也追随太皇太后留在临安，这首词就作于滞留临安期间。

汪元量（1241～1317年后）南宋末诗人、词人、宫廷琴师。字大有，号水云，亦自号水云子、楚狂、江南倦客，钱塘（今浙江杭州）人。琳第三子。度宗时以善琴供奉宫掖。恭宗德祐二年（1276）临安陷，随三宫入燕。尝谒文天祥于狱中。元世祖至元二十五年（1288）出家为道士，获南归，次年抵钱塘。后往来江西、湖北、四川等地，终老湖山。诗多纪国亡前后事，时人比之杜甫，有“诗史”之目，有《水云集》、《湖山类稿》。
