译文
屈原写出《天问》《招魂》这样脍炙人口的佳作，却仍无法将他的心意传达至君王面前。
哪里知道再奇丽的诗句，终究抵不过那小人的一句恶意重伤啊！
注释
天问：《天问》为屈原被逐后，见到楚国先王的宗庙以及王室公卿之祠堂，四下游览之后，身体疲惫，于壁画下修养精神，抬头正看到所绘图案，于是在墙壁上书写了文字，以抒发心中的愤懑之情的长篇诗作。
招魂：楚辞中一篇独具特色的作品，它是模仿民间招魂习俗写成的，其中又包含作者的思想感情。作者存在争议，一说屈原为“呼唤楚怀王的灵魂回到楚国来”而作；一说宋玉“哀屈原魂魄放佚”，因而作。
彻：穿透。
阍：宫门。
岂知：哪里知道。
敌：抵挡。

陆龟蒙（？～公元881年），唐代农学家、文学家，字鲁望，别号天随子、江湖散人、甫里先生，江苏吴县人。曾任湖州、苏州刺史幕僚，后隐居松江甫里，编著有《甫里先生文集》等。 他的小品文主要收在《笠泽丛书》中，现实针对性强，议论也颇精切，如《野庙碑》、《记稻鼠》等。陆龟蒙与皮日休交友，世称“皮陆”，诗以写景咏物为多。
