酒泉太守持剑翩翩舞起，高堂置酒夜间鼓声敲击。
胡茄一曲令人肝肠欲断，座上客人相对泪下如雨。
琵琶长笛曲曲互相应和，胡家儿女齐声唱起歌曲。
全牛野驼烧好摆在桌上，交河美酒斟满金酒杯里。
三更醉后卧在军帐之中，梦中无法向那秦山归去！

酒泉：郡名，即肃州，今甘肃酒泉。
高堂：指高大的厅堂。
胡笳：古代管乐器。
胡雏：即胡儿。
浑：全。炙（zhì）：烧烤。犁牛：杂色牛。
叵（pǒ）罗：酒杯。
秦山：即终南山，又名秦岭。

唐肃宗至德二裁（757），岑参离开边塞东归。过酒泉，酒泉太守置酒相待，这篇作品即是记叙此次宴会之作。

酒泉太守席上醉后作鉴赏
这两篇作品记叙的是宴会的场面和醉后的归思。
这是一个富有边地特色的军中酒会。第一首诗开头两句在点出酒会及其时间地点的同时，便以“剑舞”、“击鼓”写出戎旅之间的酒会特色，点染着边地酒会的气氛，为“醉”字伏笔。紧接着两句写席间胡筋声起，催人泪下。何以“泪如雨”，这里没有交代，但隐含的情调却是慷慨悲壮的，这种气氛也为“醉”准备了条件。《全唐诗》将以上四句列作一首七言绝句是有原因的，因为它们可以勾划出一幅完整的、情景交融的意境。这在这组诗中也起到笼罩的作用。
第二首诗的前四句写宴席间情景。上两句从所闻方面写歌曲，下两句从所见方面写酒肴。乐器是“琵琶长笛”，歌者为“羌儿胡雏”，菜是“犁牛”“野驼”，酒为“交河美洒”，这一切可以看出主人的热情，宴席的高贵；而它们所点染的边塞情调又使归途中的诗人感触良多。这也为“醉”准备了条件，遂引出诗的最后两句。醉后吐真言，梦中见真情，诗的最后两句写醉后梦中归家，描写十分真切。用“无奈”写出归思之难以摆脱，也许这正是“座上相看泪如雨”的重要原因。
这两首诗写宴席场面，罗列边地物产以渲染边地情调；同时，把酒席场景的描绘与座上客人的感情交织起来，使诗歌情景交融。第二首诗最后两句直写乡思，显得十分深沉。这两首诗格调慷慨悲凉，从中可以看到戍边将士日常生活的一个侧面。

岑参（约715-770年），唐代边塞诗人，南阳人，太宗时功臣岑文本重孙，后徙居江陵。[1-2] 岑参早岁孤贫，从兄就读，遍览史籍。唐玄宗天宝三载（744年）进士，初为率府兵曹参军。后两次从军边塞，先在安西节度使高仙芝幕府掌书记；天宝末年，封常清为安西北庭节度使时，为其幕府判官。代宗时，曾官嘉州刺史（今四川乐山），世称“岑嘉州”。大历五年（770年）卒于成都。
