何大圭，字晋之，安徽广德人，南宋初期著名政治家、文学家。宋徽宗政和八年（1118）进士，年仅十八岁。宣和元年（1119），太学录，六年（1124），秘书省正字。迁秘书省著作郎。建炎四年（1130），为滕康、刘珏属官，坐失洪州除名岭南编管。绍兴五年（1135），放逐便。二十年（1150），左朝请郎、直秘阁。二十七年（1157），主管州崇道观，旋落职。隆兴元年（1163），由浙西安抚司参议官主管台州崇道观。
