译文
豆蔻枝头浮现着浅浅的春意，闺中少女换上了新做的薄纱衣，和煦的春风轻拂着她长长的衣袖。红日高照，姑娘卷起帘幕，只见画楼阴凉处，燕子双双飞舞。
见景思情，不由想起远方思念的人儿，于是插上用青玉磨成的步摇，戴上新颖别致的花枝，花叶上还缀有栩栩如生的蜜蜂，仿佛在起伏颤动。梳妆罢，她倚着栏杆凝望远处，只见那一片平坦如剪的芳草地上，仍不见他的身影。
注释
蝶恋花：词牌名。又名“凤栖梧”“鹊踏枝”等。双调，六十字，上下片各四仄韵。
豆蔻（kòu）：植物名，又名草果。
软：和暖。
双飞燕：既表春来，古诗词中又常用作男女欢爱成双的象征或比喻。
拢鬓（bìn）步摇：古代附在妇女簪钗上的一种首饰，上有垂珠，行步则摇动，故名。多以金玉为之。青玉碾：指步摇上的配饰以青玉细磨而成。
缺样：此处指式样新颖，为普通式样中所缺少。
蜂儿：指以制作精巧的蜜蜂为饰物。
阑干：栏干。凝望：长时间眺望。
烟草：指笼罩着如烟薄雾的春草。平如剪：似剪刀剪过一样平整。

蝶恋花·豆蔻梢头春色浅创作背景
这首词的具体创作年代已不详。这首词是写春愁的。谢逸博学多才，却屡试不第，其郁郁不得志之情则可想而知。由其曾作三百首蝴蝶诗，就不难想见其闲散、无聊、无所用其才的境况。如果说这首诗是摹写一女子，不如说是其自况。

蝶恋花·豆蔻梢头春色浅鉴赏
谢逸是典型的婉约词人，他的词如其名，风韵飘逸，不沾脂粉香泽，尤其是闺怨词，写得温婉含蓄，深具花间派遗风。这首《蝶恋花》写闺怨，却不着一字言幽怨之意，情感表达十分曲折。
“豆蔻”一句，写“春色”刚至，豆蔻梢头新生的花苞颜色尚“浅”。此时春意还未成熟，正如闺中少女的年华。首句用“豆蔻”隐喻闺中人的芳龄，可以想见少女如花一般含苞待放的娉婷和羞涩。
天气渐渐回暖，因此少女“新试纱衣”，“纱”字点出新衣的质地，少女穿着薄纱，“拂袖东风软”，柔软的东风吹动她长长的袖。此处用一个“软”字，既点出东风的慵懒和软，也表现出少女所穿纱衣质料之软。她站在那里，长袖在暖风中缓缓飘舞，其袅娜多姿的倩影，令人心折。
“红日三竿帘幕卷，画楼影里双飞燕”一句，写少女起床卷帘所见。从她睡到“红日三竿”才起床这一细节可以猜测，少女也许长夜难眠，所以天亮之后昏睡不起；也许她早早醒来，在床上百无聊赖地辗转反侧，直到日上三竿，不得不起来，才懒懒下床。无论哪一种情况，都可见出少女的寂寞。
起床之后，她走到窗边，将重重帘幕卷起，却见画楼的阴影中，有一双燕子飞过。燕子双飞，衬出人的形单影只。由此，闺怨情怀已暗暗溢出。词人虽未描写少女的心情，但她独倚窗边，对景伤情的模样，却如在眼前。
下片并未承接上片末句所见之景，抒发情感，而是继续围绕少女的行动进行叙述。“拢鬓步摇青玉碾。缺样花枝，叶叶蜂儿颤”二句，写少女盛妆打扮。她对镜细细将鬓发收拢，在发髻里插上青玉步摇，戴上精致而罕见、上缀蜂儿的花枝。词人对头饰的描写，重点在于突出其华丽、摇漾微颤的特点，由此活现出美人的盈盈之姿。
诗词中写闺中怀人，一般写女子“首如飞蓬”（《诗经·伯兮》）、“懒更妆梳”（杜安世《鹤冲天》），以表现幽居独处，无人眷赏的遗恨与哀怨。而此词却写少女精心打扮，表现她盼归的心情。一样的情怀，不同的描写，收到的效果也不一样。“不梳妆”言其独居等候之久，想念之深，心境之怨苦；而“盛妆”则符合少女天真的心性，也将怨情描写得不露痕迹。
少女之所以盛妆，是为了等待远方的人归来，由此引出末句“独倚阑干凝望远，一川烟草平如剪”，凝望处，没有归人的身影，只看见一川烟草，如剪刀剪过一样平坦无垠。萋萋“烟草”暗示游子不归之意（《楚辞·招隐士》云“王孙游兮不归，春草生兮凄凄”）。从盼归到无人归，由希望到失望，一扬一抑，将少女的怨怀描写得更加细腻深刻。词人不直说人未归，也不直写少女哀怨失落的心情，而用她倚栏所见之景收尾，使词境变得广阔，情思显得绵长。

谢逸（1068-1113，一说1010-1113）字无逸，号溪堂。宋代临川城南（今属江西省抚州市）人。北宋文学家，江西诗派二十五法嗣之一。与其从弟谢薖并称“临川二谢”。与饶节、汪革、谢薖并称为“江西诗派临川四才子”。 曾写过300首咏蝶诗，人称“谢蝴蝶”。生于宋神宗赵顼熙宁元年，幼年丧父，家境贫寒。与汪革、谢薖同学于吕希哲，刻苦磨砺，诗文俱佳。两次应科举，均不第。宋徽宗赵佶政和三年以布衣终老于故土，年四十五。
