译文
雪花飞暖融了少妇的香脸。香气的脸上融化了飞花似的雪。在铺天盖地的雪面前，我凭着单衣抵挡。尽管我衣服单薄，靠着它就不怕雪欺压。
离别时梅的果子已经结了结子的梅熟时，我们离别。只要他归来的话，我不恨梅花开得太晚。梅花迟开了，我愁恨的是他还不归。
注释
菩萨蛮：词牌名，原为唐教坊曲名。又名“菩萨篁”、“重叠金”、“花间意”、“梅花句”等。上下片各四句，均为两仄韵，两平韵。
回文：诗词的一种形式，因回环往复均能成诵而得名，相传起于前秦窦滔妻苏蕙的《璇玑图》。闺怨：女子所抒愁怨。
香颊：少妇的香脸。
欺：压，盖。任：凭靠。

菩萨蛮·回文冬闺怨创作背景
宋神宗元丰三年（1080）十月。苏轼被贬黄州，“杜门谢客”，冬至后又去天庆观养炼。在无所收获之后，作该词以解脱。

菩萨蛮·回文冬闺怨鉴赏
上片，用烘托的笔法，写少妇暮冬时节站在雪地里，忍着严寒的威胁，盼望郎君归来的情景。将阻碍爱情的原因归怨于一种客观事物的表达手法，人们称之为“移恨于物”。“雪花飞暖融香颊，颊香融暖飞花雪”，点明盼望郎君的时令、气氛与环境。漫天飞雪扑面来，反觉雪暖了脸，脸融了雪。冷就是冷，雪就是雪。冷、雪不可变暖，这纯属于一种心理变化。雪有人情，人有真理，物随人变。“欺雪任单衣，衣单任雪欺”，直议少妇穿着单衣，冒着严寒而不动摇的坚贞如一的精神。一“欺”，一“任”，辩证地烘托了少妇铮铮贞骨的爱情。
下片，以回忆与推进相结合的手法，深一层地展示少妇思念郎君、盼望郎君而未愿的心态。“别时梅子结，结子梅时别”，忆起甜蜜的岁月，美好的离别。“梅子”不仅表明少妇与郎君离别的时令，更重要的象征着他们高洁的爱情与青春。“归不恨开迟，迟开恨不归”，再透过一层，道出了少妇此时此地难言之隐痛。只要你归，我不嫌梅花开晚了我最大的愁恨则是梅花开了，果子结了，你还是不回到我的身边。“恨”中饱含几分真情，“恨”中平添几分情趣。可谓牵肠挂肚，刻骨铭心，“恨”思绵绵无尽期。
全词，通过现实与回忆、景物与人情、回环与强化、直写与烘托等相结合的手法，将一位痴心的少妇思念郎君又不能如愿从而产生的愁“恨”推向了高潮。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
