我很久没有画我的柳叶眉了，面上的残妆和著眼泪打湿了我的红绡衣。
我自是很久没有梳洗过了，你也不必送一斛珍珠来安慰我的寂寥之心。

寂寥：寂寞空虚。
谢赐珍珠创作背景
江采萍风韵神采，无可描画，精通诗文，曾深受玄宗宠幸。只是杨玉环的到来使得清高孤傲的梅妃渐渐失宠。杨贵妃设法贬梅妃入冷宫上阳东宫。梅妃得宠时，各地争相进献梅花。但如今，大家都是忙着给杨贵妃送荔枝，谁还记得曾经专宠一时的梅妃江采萍呢？

梅妃（公元710年－公元756年），姓江名采萍，在今莆田亦称江东妃（兴化平话字：Gang-dang-hi）唐玄宗早期宠妃。多才多艺的江采萍，不仅长于诗文，还通乐器，善歌舞，而且娇俏美丽，气质不凡，是个才貌双全的奇女子。作有《谢赐珍珠》和《楼东赋》等著名诗赋。
