千古东流，声卷地，云涛如屋。横浩渺、樯竿十丈，不胜帆腹。夜雨翻江春浦涨，船头鼓急风初熟。似当年、呼禹乱黄川，飞梭速。
击楫誓、空警俗。休拊髀，都生肉。任炎天冰海，一杯相属。荻笋蒌芽新入馔，弦凤吹能翻曲。笑人间、何处似尊前，添银烛。
满江红·清江风帆甚快作此与客剧饮歌之鉴赏
作者于乾道八年（1172）冬知静江府（今广西桂林），次年春过此并填写了此词。
上片落笔先写清江水流风高浪急，赣江之水，滚滚东流，千古不变，巨大的波涛声如席卷地，翻腾的波浪又如涌起重叠的房屋，江水浩渺，无边无际，十丈高的危樯，也承受不了张开的帆腹。由于夜来春雨，水势增大，水位增高，风向刚定，便命击鼓开船。此时，风急浪高船快如飞，就如当年出使金国追想大禹业绩横渡黄河一样，令人振奋。顺风急驶，作者心情轻快。与客人痛饮船上，填词佐酒，意气洋洋，潇洒风流。但表面上的轻松难以掩饰他心中沉积的愤懑，览物之情带来的开怀，无法替代报国无门，理想破灭的悲愤，作者只有借酒浇愁，以释胸中苦痛。
下片起首四句用祖逖击楫和刘备抚髀感叹的典故表达自己满腔爱国热情和收复失地的希望都已化为烟云的悲哀。因与朝廷政见不合，受到冷落外放为地方官，无法实现理想，他看透了一切，并表示不以此为意，不管把自己放到南方或北方，不管能否建功立业，一切都无所谓，不在乎，唯有与友人举杯同饮，才最为快乐。以下写他的豪纵行为，吃着新鲜的菜蔬美味，听着美妙的音乐，何等的惬怀。此时此刻他感到，人间还有什么事情比把酒尊前、开怀畅饮更令人高兴呢？作者这些话看似旷达不羁，实则悲恸难抑，他把报国无路和理想成空的失意都化作一腔激愤，貌似豪爽，实为悲哀。全篇用典丰富而贴切自然，写景壮阔，情感激荡。

范成大（1126-1193），字致能，号称石湖居士。汉族，平江吴县（今江苏苏州）人。南宋诗人。谥文穆。从江西派入手，后学习中、晚唐诗，继承了白居易、王建、张籍等诗人新乐府的现实主义精神，终于自成一家。风格平易浅显、清新妩媚。诗题材广泛，以反映农村社会生活内容的作品成就最高。他与杨万里、陆游、尤袤合称南宋“中兴四大诗人”。
