译文
辛夷花刚刚凋谢，小桃花又接续开放了。三月三踏青过后，直到清明前．
三月里的这段日子，正是四季里最美好的时节，可是年少青春却一去不返。
当此之时，遥远的吴地，江流入海，长安汉家陵墓春草连天，惹人肠断。
新愁旧恨萦绕心头，自知无法消除，还得在邻家酒瓮旁烂醉而眠。
注释
辛夷：一种香草。
谢：凋谢。
发：开发。
蹋青与寒食是古代的节日，寒食节在清明的前一天（一说前两天）。
汉陵：汉陵，即西汉历朝帝王的陵墓，在陕西成阳北原(亦称五陵原)。
瓮：酒瓮。

三月创作背景
天佑四年（907），先后杀害唐绍宗和末代皇帝唐哀帝的地方军阀朱温篡唐，建国号曰“梁”。时为昭宗重臣的韩偓此前早已被排挤出唐朝，《三月》一诗，当时他晚年流寓福建所作。

韩偓（公元842年～公元923年）。中国唐代诗人。乳名冬郎，字致光，号致尧，晚年又号玉山樵人。陕西万年县（今樊川）人。自幼聪明好学，10岁时，曾即席赋诗送其姨夫李商隐，令满座皆惊，李商隐称赞其诗是“雏凤清于老凤声”。龙纪元年(889年)，韩偓中进士，初在河中镇节度使幕府任职，后入朝历任左拾遗、左谏议大夫、度支副使、翰林学士。
