闺中女伴、天边佳会，多事纷纷祈祷。神仙之说本虚无，便是有、也应年老。
鹊桥仙·云林瞩题闰七夕联吟图鉴赏
词作于丁酉，道光十七年（1837年），太清三十九岁。
这是一首题画词，画为云林所绘《闰七夕联吟图》的仕女图。七夕联吟的是画的主题，所以词人从七夕写起。七月七日是牛郎织女相会的佳期，银河的鹊桥架起来了。因为作画之时时逢闰七月，有了两个佳期，桥也再次“重驾”，而人间也有了两次乞巧活动，女子们希望乞得终生幸福，找到一位如意郎君的机会也有两次。词人问，她们在斗转星移，星光也在移动的夜晚，不知乞得了多少天机。词人对此提出了疑问。因为年年有七巧节，也年年有乞巧活动，但妇女们也未必总是幸福，原因是世间总是“多事纷纷”。神话故事，本来“虚无”，“便是有”，牛郎织女“也应年老”了。词人对于男女婚姻爱情的幸福的追求寄予同情，但又做出疑惑的结论，这是现实生活的反映。这幅仕女图，住在表现女性美，其中也包括了画中她们所表现出来的内心美。词人舍弃了历来对于这种美的歌颂，而别出机杼地引导出了一个富有哲理性的命题，即美丽的愿望，在人间常常是难以如愿的。它启发人思考，同时也深化了词的思想主题。

顾太清（1799-1876），名春，字梅仙。原姓西林觉罗氏，满洲镶蓝旗人。嫁为贝勒奕绘的侧福晋。她为现代文学界公认为“清代第一女词人”。晚年以道号“云槎外史”之名著作小说《红楼梦影》，成为中国小说史上第一位女性小说家。其文采见识，非同凡响，因而八旗论词，有“男中成容若（纳兰性德），女中太清春（顾太清）”之语[1] 。顾太清不仅才华绝世，而且生得清秀，身量适中，温婉贤淑。令奕绘钟情十分。虽为侧福晋一生却诞育了四子三女，其中几位儿子都有很大作为。
