都城雪霁春融融，月轮皎洁当晴空。喜传恩诏出三殿，洞达天门开九重。
神鳌来自沧溟里，背拥仙山翠如洗。楼台氤氲瑞霭凝，岩峦缥缈祥烟起。
银灯匝地生光华，点点星毬笼绛纱。上林万树彤霞影，东风一片芙蕖花。
是时仙仗临丹陛，五云高捧銮舆至。阙下旌旗虎卫严，花间剑佩千官侍。
大庖列馔御筵开，教坊合乐欢相陪。铙歌声逐箫鼓发，綵队舞随干羽来。
番夷稽首拟丹扆，御炉馥郁香烟紫。中官促宴酒如渑，群臣既醉天颜喜。
覃恩不但遍朝堂，此夕欢娱同万方。至仁覆育同天地，治化久矣趋虞唐。
小臣幸济升平世，传柑几度沾恩惠。愿效三呼比华封，共祝皇图千万岁。

（1381—1453）江西吉水人，字恂如，号双崖。永乐二年进士。次年，预读书文渊阁之选。与修《永乐大典》，历刑部主事、员外郎。宣德五年，帝以天下财赋多不理，江南尤甚，思得才力重臣前往整理，以杨荣荐，迁工部右侍郎，巡抚江南，总督税粮。在任二十二年，常屏去驺从，巡行村落，问民疾苦。理欠赋，改税法，屡请减免江南重赋。与苏州知府况钟反复计算，将苏州一府赋自二百七十七万石减至七十二万余石。他府以次减。官至工部尚书，仍巡抚。有《双崖集》。卒谥文襄。
